Most things in the world are as contradictory as they are unified, such as black and white, light and shade, heaven and earth, mountains and rivers, movement and stillness, cold and heat, as well as the body and spirit, asana and meditation in yoga. And it is the same in the modeling entity and atmosphere in space... The binary garden is like the diaphragm in the body separating the thoracic cavity and the abdominal cavity. This unity of opposites prompts us to think about the relationship and connection between yoga and space.
